684 consists of four actual brothers, Michael, Alexander, Nicholas & Christopher Fuimaono. The Fuimaono brothers began their journey when they left the notorious city of Long Beach, California, in the early 90's, for the beautiful shores of Pago Pago, American Samoa. It was here in American Samoa that the brothers realized, although they might be thousands of miles away from California, one thing remained-California living was in their blood. The brothers had embraced the California Street/Hip-Hop culture before they left the mainland & have now begun to embrace their proud Samoan culture as well.
Now, its 2010 & 684's buzz is stronger than ever. With a unique sound that the brothers have coined as "Rag-Hop"(The fusion of the concrete jungle & the island jungle), 684 has once again meshed diverse cultures as they begin to add to a fan base that is growing ever so rapidly. They have a genuine love for their music as well as their fans, who come with so many different backgrounds. With three full length LP's & countless Mixtapes & Appearances, & the long awaited & highly anticipated "ISLANDER" album set to hit the streets soon, 684 is on the rise thanks to their Family, Friends & especially their loyal Fans, who continue to be the backbone of the four brothers.
