As early as 2008, during the financial crisis, composers Charles George Isreal Scott III and Mark Thomas Sorrentino II who are collectively known by the alias 663, have been collaborating on experimental works involving unconventional uses of various electronic instruments such as drum machines, electronic keyboards, compact disc turntables and so on; producing inaccessible noise music with little to no traditional song structure or melodic foundation. After developing several years of production experience individually, the duo reconvened after some hiatus to begin working on ethereal ambient music. On this recording are compositions which are both meditative and disruptive; soundscapes built on ecstacy, struggle, entropy and beauty.

Later, although growing jazz paintings, neither were Art Farmer. At the time, disinterest was in fact insult-infatuation and multiple exposures to materials treated with silver nitrate had revealed scenes from a different time within the shadows of their composition.
