Künstler Informationen: Special Efx

Formed in New York in 1982 by George Jinda (drums, percussion) and Chieli Minucci (guitar), Special EFX blended African and Latin rhythms and produce a mixture of light rock and MOR jazz.

They employ additional musicians to give them a rich and state-of-the-art recording sound. Session players include Mark Egan, McCoy Tyner, Dave Grusin and Omar Hakim.
