From Bleeding Hands is a German Hardcore band from Rostock found in 2003. (The name is taken from a Turmoil EP. Turmoil had been a great influence on the band in their first days.)

The music of FBH is an intense mixture of different styles such as Hardcore, Metalcore, Hip Hop, Progressive and Nu Metal.
The lyrics issue personal problems, the love for music and how life can be a bitch sometimes.
The band released an EP in 2012 called "The Real Blues"
