Vic Nice is an artist and owner of U.T.R Entertainment. Born Victor Leath this couragaeous individual was raised in a single parent home by his mother whom was his role model and inspiration. Growing up in Burlington,NC Nice experienced a lot of tough times coming up. At the tender age of 14 he was kicked out of high school for possession of a firearm.
