Artist Info: Vettche

Vettche is a Norwegian indie-pop band from the Sandnes/Stavanger area. They formed in 2019, initially with Øyvind Brandal, Vegar Urstad, and Ådne Rossavik; bassist Lars Dahle joined in 2021. Their music is characterized by catchy melodies, upbeat energy, and lyrics about everyday emotions and relationships.

Their breakthrough came with “Blåfarga øyne” and “Redd meg.” The latter earned them NRK P3’s “Månedens Urørt” title in June 2022, a notable recognition for emerging Norwegian artists. [read more...]
