Veilcaste is an American doom/sludge metal band from Indianapolis, Indiana. Originally formed in 2010 as Conjurer, they rebranded to Veilcaste in 2020 (to distinguish themselves from the similarly named UK band). They deliver heavy, emotive, and spacey doom/sludge with hook-laden riffs, cathartic vocals, and occasional psychedelic undertones.
