Useless Grant is a romantic orchestra formed in mid 2013 as a folk punk project, Useless Grant evolved over the course of the next two years in sound and lineup, eventually coming into their own sound. The lineup settled with Conor James on guitar, banjo, and vocals, Jasper Saah on bass, guitar, banjo, accordion, and (briefly) violin, Molly Beckett on mandolin and vocals, Kalanzi Kajubi on piano, percussion, and vocals, Isaiah Silvers on trombone, melodica, and vocals, and Marco Saah on drumkit, percussion, and piano.
