Stockton CA hip-hop duo tones consists of rapper-producer, Retro aka Raymond "Retro" Owens, and rapper-singer, Suhn aka Rayshaun "Suhn" Ingram. They have recently put out their debut album entitled ‘Dreamtalk’ as a result of their deal with the Bay Area-based Kero-One operated record label Plug.
