Tobio was a very lonely child. He rarely got to be with his father, Dr. Tenma, and his only friend was a servant robot named Nora. Tenma bought Tobio small gifts in an attempt to replace his constant absences, but Tobio just wanted his father. When his father left, Tobio got carried away with the world of music, and played his ATCQ's Love Movement tape until one day his Walkman broke.
