Throwing Bricks is a metal band based in Utrecht, The Netherlands. This five piece mixes slow crushing sludge riffs with elements of hardcore punk, black metal and screamo.

After releasing their debut album ‘What Will Be Lost’ on Tartarus Records in 2020, the band is back with their second full length, ‘The Burden’. Recorded at Much Luv Studios by Tim de Gieter (Amenra, Doodseskader) and mastered at The Atomic Garden - East Room by Jack Shirley (Comadre), it captures Throwing Bricks at their most melodic and heavy yet.
