Artist Info: The Spider Bytes

The Spider Bytes is the studio project of John Hondroulis. Hailing originally from New Orleans, he was deeply influenced by the juggernaut of beats echoing from the city's underground new wave club scene of the 80's.

One of John's first gigs was with Harry Connick, Jr. where the then unknown Harry was hired to play the private party hosted by John's bandmate's parents. When it was time to form a new band, he enlisted Phil Anselmo of Pantera. He lasted 2 weeks before he quit because he didn't want to play "this pussy Adam and the Ants shit!". [read more...]
