Artist Info: The Prteam

The PRteam was formed in Newcastle, Australia, from the ashes of experimental band Clokwork Corp. The band strove to develop a Lo-Fi Electro/Acoustic hybrid sound using minimalist production and instrumentation. They switch smoothly between genres as in their previous incarnations, but maintain an identity through their distinctive grooves. The band define their sound as Electro-Nerdadelic, a phrase that captures their tongue-in-cheek lyrical riffing as they hacksaw their way through the bones of popular culture. [read more...]
