"The Point" could be one of the following bands:

1. The Point is a side project by the Hellacopters' Nicke Andersson, and Canadian rock singer-songwriter Neil Leyton. To date they have recorded a 7" single, Give It a Try.

2. Santa Cruz-based reggae band consisting of four members - Keoki (drums), Mark (vocals, guitar), Kaz (guitar), and Matt (bass) - that started in 2012.
