Artist Info: The Missive

Having a female frontman and a 4 man backline is hard work for The Missive as they are commonly mistaken for being a band that is stongly influenced by the likes of Paramore and Hey Monday. But no! The veins of their music runs far deeper than simple pop-rock.

From the South Wales Valleys and The Missive orginally formed in 2008, with no name and no reason, except to have a laugh. After a long break they reformed in mid 2009 with a new drummer and a band name. [read more...]
