Artist Info: The Lowtechs

The Lowtechs are Gelo Lagasca (lead vocals/guitars), Lemuel Galleto(lead guitars/vocals), Edong Bareng (bass/back-up vocals) and Joseph Navalta (drums). These Baguio underground veterans formed in April 2007 with original drummer Pot Quiambao.

Initially armed with terribly low tech rehearsal equipment, they attempted to form a Doors-inspired band, but quickly snapped on 80's rock icons as musical influences thus creating their own brand of post-punk and metal music. [read more...]
