Tezzus (T’corrian Walton), was born in Southside, Atlanta, Georgia. He cites a fascination with war and history as an early inspiration for making music.

He began recording music on SoundCloud using rudimentary techniques. After taking a break, a pivotal moment came in early 2024 when, after being evicted and with limited resources, he dedicated himself fully to music while living in his studio.
