Tetrapot Melon Tea is a fictional Swedish pop band that appears in the manga/anime series Detroit Metal City (2008).

The band's name is first mentioned by Souichi Negishi, the series' protagonist, as a made-up name when he is asked what his band is called, since he is ashamed to admit that he plays in Detroit Metal City, a death metal band.
