TELMAN (pronounced “Tell-man”), born Chukwuemeka Rich Ifeanyi, is a Nigerian rapper, songwriter, and creative artist. He was born and raised in Akpugo, a town in Nkanu West Local Government Area of Enugu State, Nigeria.
