Artist Info: Taisha

Taisha was born in Napier, New Zealand, the daughter of a European mother and a Maori father. At a very young age she started singing country music and won several competitions. She would spend hours in her room as a teenager singing and playing her guitar, composing songs. From performing in a high school band, at the age of 15 she went on to perform in various bands around New Zealand and Australia.
