Steve Swartz is a musician and composer from Detroit, MI and Nighttide marks his first solo instrumental outing away from the bands Au Revoir Borealis and For Wishes. Where his involvement in those groups focuses his musical output in the form of more overtly structured songs, this new work shows a fresh creative approach to his guitar playing that finds him creating a more expansive sound than found in previous works.
