There have been numerous artists with this name:

1) A visual kei band from Nagoya that formed in 1990. The band's line-up featured 清春 (Kiyoharu) on vocals, 真宮馨 (Mamiya Kaoru) on guitar, 有賀久善 on bass and 吉田正人 on drums. Though not a member, it's worth mentioning that 人時 (HITOKI) was a roadie for the band.
