StruckRoot is a four piece rock band from Guyana, South America. The current line-up comprises of Andre Rahaman - Guitars, Paul Bonar - Bass , Jude Mendonca - Drums and Carlos Gurahoo - Vocals.

The band released their first demo in 2007 and plans to release their debut album in early 2010. .

StruckRoot sounds like a mixture of grunge, punk, hardcore and classic rock. Influences of the band include Pink Floyd, Stone Temple Pilots, Tool, Faith No More, Neil Zaza, Alter Bridge and Metallica. [read more...]
