Roman J. Leyva from Cleveland (USA) is the noise musician behind STRANGLED COP, a project which the artist play a particulary "power electronics" in the vein of Brandkommando, Cracked Core or Peter J. Woods. The characteristic most important in this project is the element STRAIGHT EDGE, we mean, the total refuse to alcohol, tobacco and drugs. Roman J.
