The Stepmothers formed in Claremont , CA. around 1977. Steve Jones was the only original member of a band that saw at least a half dozen different lineups, but the definitive Stepmothers lineup was Steve Jones on guitar and vocals, Jay Lansford on Guitar, and Larry Lee Lerma on Bass.
