Finding its musical niche was a process of trial and error for Step Cousins, a four-piece band made up of Brophy College Preparatory students. "We just want our music to be heard by as many people as possible, and we are hopefully succeeding at doing something different", says guitarist Brant Stuns. The band is off to a good start, having been compared to indie bands such as Bloc Party and Tokyo Police Club.
