Starred is an American band that formed in 2012 in New York City, New York by vocalist and guitarist Liza Thorn, and guitarist Matthew Koshak. Thorn, a California native, moved to New York and formed the band with Koshak, releasing their first EP Prison to Prison in November 2012.
