Star13 is the new project from Jeff Scheel, former vocalist for Gravity Kills and Brad Mitcho formerly of Molly's Yes (Republic/Universal) and Radio Radio (Independent) hailing from Tulsa, OK. Simply put, "We want to create music and a vibe that we want to listen to and hopefully others will too." Jeff Scheel has been concetually kicking the project around for a while.
