Sledgehammer Ledge is is glam/heavy metal band from Cleveland, Ohio, USA, that was formed in 1990 under the name of Legs Up .The band moved to Los Angeles and finally changed its name to Sledgehammer Ledge in 1994.

Sledgehammer Ledge was an excellent sleaze rock band that took a page out of W.A.S.P.'s early 80's playbook, minus the sometimes-corny attempts to infuriate and sicken the public.
