
Silatigui has been making music for around twelve years. The foursome are among the founding fathers of Guinea's rap scene, although they recorded their first album in neighbouring Senegal. "Danda" became a surprise success, selling more than 40,000 legal copies practically overnight. The number of illegal pirated copies circulating through Western Africa is much higher.
