Artist Info: Scrap Delegates

Formed in late summer of 2015, Scrap Delegates is the joint work of two Rochester, NY natives. An underground hip hop rooted producer named Atavistic, and a local Rochester musician creating under the name "Dry Boy" joined forces to create together and mix various small niches of underground music in which they were brought up in and the scenes that helped rekindle their friendship many times over.
