SCR stands for Sleeper Cell Records, an independent hip-hop label in Los Angeles, CA. It is comprsied of Senim Silla, formerly of the MC dou Binary Star from Pontiac, MI and Malaki the Most Hi who is from Detroit, MI. It can be purchased through the artists' myspace.com webpages.
