Artist Info: Sanctions

There are at least two artists called Sanctions:

1. Members of Cease Upon the Capitol and Moral Decay. Formed in 2004. Playing intense, crust punk with lots of melodies. Went on hiatus from 2005 until 2007. Recorded "Home Sweet Home" in 2007, and a split with Dawn in 2008. They went on indefinite hiatus in 2011. Chad and Dan formed Thetan and Ryan runs Meat Cube Label.

Their new album, No Land, was released April 2012 on Keep It Together Records.

2. A progressive power metal band from the US. Released their eponymous debut in 1996. [read more...]
