1) Samoth or sometimes Zamoth (Tomas Thormodsæter Haugen - Samoth is a variation of his first name backwards) is a Norwegian guitarist most famous for his work in the influential black metal band Emperor and his participation as part of the "Inner Circle" of Norwegian Black Metal musicians formed by members of Mayhem and Burzum.
