Sam Watters (born 23 July 1970, Camp Springs, Maryland) is a songwriter and record producer, previously of the group Color Me Badd, who often works with his songwriting partner Louis Biancaniello. The pair have written and produced hits such as Jessica Simpson's "I Wanna Love You Forever", and the #1 single "I Believe" by Fantasia Barrino, "I'm Outta Love," and "One Day In Your Life" by Anastacia.
