There are two artists who go by the name Project Dark:

1) Project Dark - experimental noise duo from the UK
2) Project Dark - abstract beat/hip hop producers from the US

1) Project Dark are Ashley Davies, Kirsten Reynolds, Jason Cook and Tony Pattinson. They have been producing large-scale live video/music shows since 1995.
