Prefix 990 is a rock band from Bistrița, Romania, formed in 1981. In the early years they performed at different rock festivals and tours through the country, together with other known bands at that time. In 1988 they disbanaded, but in 2006, the reunited, but with some new members - this led to better sound and composition.
