Artist Info: Pondus

There are two bands which go by the name Pondus. The first is a progressive rock band from Sweden in the late seventies. More recently a trio from Iceland uses the name Pondus.


Sweden
A progressive rock whose sound incorporated elements of jazz fusion. They were active in the late seventies, and their membership consisted of Andreas Vera Oritz on keyboard, flute, and percussion, Cliff Sjursvens on bass, Ole Bäck on guitar, vocals, and percussion, and Thomas Boberg on drums and percussion.
