Artist Info: Planer

Planer formed in Minneapolis, MN in May of 2025. They recorded their initial demo/debut EP, titled The End EP, just a few short months later in July. The record was met with positive feedback, being reviewed by Early Work Records, selected for 89.3 The Current's September Scouting Report, and played on the Local Show on the same station.

Planer's influences include midwest emo like American Football, indie rock such as The Strokes, and alt rock like Built To Spill. [read more...]
