1) Peter Neumann (born March 8, 1940 in Karlsruhe) is a German church musician, conductor and choir director.

Born in Karlsruhe as the son of a pastor (together with twin brother Martin), Neumann studied church music and orchestral conducting in Karlsruhe, Heidelberg, Berlin and Paris. In Berlin he was taught how to play the organ by Michael Schneider. [read more...]
