Artist Info: Omaya

“OMAYA” is a duo formed in 2001 by artists Maya Overbye Herulf and Tzvetin Todorov. During their first shared lecture at the Rotterdam Conservatory (The Netherlands) they discover that they have the same ideas in music. Coming from abroad, Maya is from Denmark and Tzvetin from Bulgaria, in The Netherlands they move into a rich multicultural artist environment. This inspires the "OMAYA-idea", a fusion of diverse music styles and cultural impressions. [read more...]
