In autumn 2007, when Gray Code was laying low, Joni van der Leeuw and Timo Pisart started recording a couple of songs with simple equipment and little effects, just to see how it would sound. This ended up in the first EP: "Slowly, But Surely".

Timo and Joni thought the arrangements were good enough to play live with a similar feel and sound (soft-toned and gentle) but knew Gray Code wasn't the band that would do it. So they went back to their old project: playing as a semi-acoustic duo. [read more...]
