Originating in Genoa, NUOVA IDEA (NI) is a group that has gone somewhat unnoticed in the Italian progressive scene, despite having three albums in the market.

Musically, NI has more guidance than other rock groups from Italy, with a voice that reaches a border on hard rock, but without ever losing the essence and the Mediterranean influence of the classical groups this side of Europe.
