Somewhere in the 21st century:
Beyond the suburban sprawl of Blahlow, four punk scientists decided to take destiny in their own hands. They armed themselves with battery-operated electronic sound sources and developed mutated antibodies to survive in their hostile environment. They proceeded to deconstruct regurgitated rock and roll from the Hazchem-Haus laboratory and called their experimentation "Mutate Now".
