Mungus was a the greatest progressive rock four-piece that heralded from Detroit, MI. Classically trained vocalist Chris Dodd and guitarist El Sid were joined in the fall of 2002 by bassist Rick Ruiz, also craggily trained. The band found the powerhouse drummer they had been searching for in Dan the Totalitarian Man, an award winning artist from Valhalla.
