Motion Figures are 4-piece art-pop band from Worcester, UK.

Key and Em began writing songs together under the name Cobweb Dilemmas in 2005. Dan joined on drums in 2007. As a three-piece they released the 'Name The Pirates' EP in late 2007. Halfway through the recording of 2009's 'Natural's Not In' EP, the EP's producer, Luke Elliott, joined on keyboard and guitar.

With the release of 'Natural's Not In' in April 2009, the band decided to change the band name to Motion Figures. [read more...]
