There are several bands that use this common name. Some of them include:

1) A black metal band from Italy. Not to be confused with Mortifer (note the lack of the i)

2) A thrash metal band from Canton, Ohio, formed in 2007, They released an album Underground Noise in December 2008, and the 7'' EP Tales of Torture in July 2009.
