Santino Fernandez started spinning in Ft. Lauderdale, FL back in 1996 at the age of 16. Despite being exposed to such a flourishing scene of electronic music, he didn't truly begin to embrace electro until 1998 when he finally figured out that this was the sound thathe had been looking for.
