Artist Info: Meladora

Meladora are a four-piece art-rock band.

In 2007, they released Lunueo - their debut EP - under the name of The Artaxian Mantra.

Their name was soon changed to Meladora (a combination of two Radiohead b-sides - Melatonin and Maquiladora) and in 2009, they made an indefinite relocation to London from Sydney.

In early 2011, they recorded a full-length album in Los Angeles, which was produced by Ikey Owens, keyboardist of Long Beach Dub Allstars, The Mars Volta and Free Moral Agents. [read more...]
