Mateamargo is Júlia, making post-punk and dreamgaze out of stomach ache.

At the end of 2019, mateamargo was born with Júlia Amorim (bass, vocals, keyboards) in the process of transitioning from her hometown - Juiz de Fora, MG - to São Paulo, SP, where she joined Dennis Sinned (guitar, mixing) and later Alexandre Fon (drums), who recorded together the EP "nemtantoassim", officially released in May 2020.
